1) Where We Ship From

All orders are dispatched from within the European Union using our EU fulfillment hubs.

2) Carriers & Service Levels

We ship exclusively via express international couriers (DHL Express or FedEx International). All shipments are fully trackable.

  • North America: €[____] — Free shipping €220+ (charged in EUR)

Transit times: typically 2–6 business days, depending on destination and customs. Times are estimates only.

3) Order Processing Times

  • Processing window: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, EU holidays excluded).
  • Orders placed after courier cut-off are processed the next business day.
  • Peak seasons or large orders may require additional processing time.

4) Tracking & Delivery

A tracking link is emailed once your order is dispatched.

Couriers may require a signature on delivery. If you authorize drop-off, liability passes to you upon delivery.

5) Address Accuracy & Delivery Limitations

  • Ensure shipping address is complete and accurate (incl. apartment/suite).
  • We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses.
  • No P.O. boxes: DHL/FedEx require a physical address.

6) Customs, Duties, Taxes & Import Rules

You are the importer of record and responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage, and import fees. These are not included in product or shipping costs.

  • We cannot predict customs charges.
  • Customs delays are beyond our control.
  • Certain goods may be prohibited or restricted. Orders are for research use only.
  • We bear no responsibility if customs seizes, rejects, or destroys an order.

7) Orders to the United States

U.S. orders are high-risk. Customs may seize or request documentation. Buyer assumes all responsibility.

  • If seized, we may resend products, but buyer covers replacement shipping.
  • We reserve the right to reject U.S. orders at our discretion.

8) Temperature-Sensitive Items

Peptides

Shipped with dry ice or cold packs. Recipient must collect immediately and transfer to freezer. We are not responsible for degradation due to delays or improper storage.

Other Supplements

Capsules, tablets, oils, gummies, etc. are stable under normal transit. Cold packs may thaw — this is normal. Store products per label after delivery.

9) Packaging & Documentation

  • Orders are packed discreetly.
  • We may split orders into multiple parcels at no extra cost.

10) Out-of-Stock & Partial Shipments

If an item is unavailable, we will contact you. Options: ship available items, wait for combined shipment, or cancel unavailable items for a refund.

11) Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Shipments

  • Damage/shortage: report within 48 hours with photos.
  • Loss in transit: if tracking shows “delivered,” claims go to courier.
  • We are not liable once courier confirms delivery.

12) Restricted Items & Regulatory Compliance

Some products are restricted/prohibited. Buyers must ensure compliance before ordering.

13) Fraud Screening & Verification

Orders may undergo identity/address verification. We may cancel and refund if fraud is suspected.

14) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control (e.g., customs, strikes, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, war).
