Ordering

Who can order from Gerontis?

Orders may be placed by private researchers, institutions, laboratories, universities, companies, and individual buyers who are 18+.

Do I need an account?

No. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for faster repeat purchases and tracking.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us immediately at info@gerontis.com. Once processing begins or the parcel is dispatched, changes/cancellations are not guaranteed.

Can I add items or combine orders?

Not after processing has started. Please place a new order.

I entered the wrong address. What now?

Notify us immediately. If shipped, rerouting may not be possible. We are not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses.

Products & Quality Control

How do you ensure product quality?

Every batch is tested by independent third-party labs: identity, purity, heavy metals, microbial content, solvents, and other risk-based checks.

Where can I see lab results?

Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are posted on each product page.

Do you provide the manufacturer’s CoA?

Yes, on request, in addition to third-party test results.

Are products GMP/ISO certified?

Some are GMP-manufactured, others not. Documentation can be provided upon request if available.

Are these tests for medical qualification?

No. All products are for research use only and not for human/veterinary consumption.

Documentation & Technical

  • Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) available on request.
  • No dosing protocols or medical advice provided.
  • HS codes can be added to invoices on request.

Shipping

Orders ship from the EU via DHL Express or FedEx International.

Costs: EU: €[__], UK: €[__], USA/Canada: €[__]. Free shipping over thresholds.

Delivery: 2–6 business days (estimates, not guarantees).

No P.O. boxes. Packaging is discreet.

U.S. Orders

U.S. customs are strict; seizures are more frequent. If seized, we resend products but you must cover replacement shipping. We may reject U.S. orders at our discretion.

Customs & Duties

Buyers are importers of record, responsible for duties/taxes. Parcels declared as supplements/souvenirs. If rejected/destroyed, reshipment is possible with shipping costs covered by customer.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Peptides shipped with dry ice or cold packs. Store in freezer immediately upon delivery. Other supplements stable during transit; store as labeled.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final once shipped, except if:

  • Product does not match declared characteristics
  • Expired upon delivery
  • Wrong product sent

Claims: email info@gerontis.com within 48h with photos. Non-returnable: peptides, opened/used goods, seized customs shipments, gifts/clearance items.

Payments & Invoices

Payments in EUR via secure providers. Prices exclude VAT. Conversion fees may apply.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking link sent by email. If marked delivered but not received, check locally or contact courier. Report damages/incomplete parcels within 48h with photos.
