Returns & Refunds Policy

At Gerontis, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the sensitive and consumable nature of our products, returns and refunds are strictly limited.
1) General Conditions
- All sales are final once shipped.
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds in any circumstances other than those described below, even if the product is unopened and packaging intact.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2) Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We only accept returns or issue refunds if:
- The product does not meet declared characteristics.
- The product is past expiration date at the time of delivery.
- The product delivered is not what the client ordered.
3) Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
- Peptides and other temperature-sensitive products.
- Opened, partially used, or improperly stored products.
- Products returned for reasons other than those in Section 2.
- Shipments seized, destroyed, or returned by customs.
- Free gifts, promotional items, clearance stock.
4) Damaged, Incorrect, or Expired Items
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Photos of parcel, packaging, and products must be provided.
- After verification, we may offer replacement or refund of product cost (excluding shipping).
5) Refunds Process
- Approved refunds issued to original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds cover product cost only. Shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
6) Customer Responsibility
- Claims must follow Section 4 procedure.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7) Customs & International Orders
If a shipment is rejected, held, or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued. We may offer to reship the products, with delivery costs still covered by the client.
We reserve the right to reject U.S. orders at our discretion if they contain certain goods or meet other high-risk criteria.
8) Research Use Only Disclaimer
All products are sold strictly for research use only and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.
